Teacher INSET Training

Many teachers encounter difficulties on a daily basis in teaching and learning. This is typically because of bad behaviour issues, low self esteem, children at risk of Child Criminal Exploitation / CSE and un-motivated and de-motivated children. In an ever changing world it is important to understand how to safeguard our children and teach with less obstacles.

Our aim is to assist teachers deliver a quality education for all pupils regardless of academic level. Through our programs we up skill the ability and confidence teaching staff have to both address and easily identify the early signs of vulnerability and risk for young women and girls, as well as boys which in turn can assist the school to have the right approach to provide support services for the young people, enabling them to have a positive engagement to learning and their overall wellbeing.

Our accredited INSET teacher training courses offered by The Safety Box will develop teaching skills in tackling these difficulties in order to effectively deliver the curriculum and raise the motivation of pupils, but above all will give teachers the necessary tools to change negative behaviour trends.


Bullying, and the strategies to combat it workshop

This seminar is specifically designed for teachers to identify bullying at their school / college. Its shows strategies and ways of how to combat it. The workshop includes:

Training for Professionals working with youth at risk

The Safety Box ® training is extensive requiring all members of the training to undertake both practical and theoretical learning. The training program is design for social workers, police, pastoral assistants, teachers, support workers, detached youth workers, youth mentors, health professionals, probation staff, youth workers, youth ministry leaders, gang workers and anyone that comes across young people that are at risk of CCE or are involved in criminal activity.
