COMING SOON
COMING SOON, the Safety Box Foundation…..
We recognise an immense need to establish strong charitable aims that will expand access for young people who may otherwise be denied meaningful opportunities. Distinct from all other programmes we have delivered over the years, The Safety Box Foundation (CIO) will operate independently and will be committed to delivering demonstrable public benefit through lawful, evidence-informed activities will advance our charitable purposes and protect both beneficiaries and the wider public.
These aims will be focussed on the following:
1. To advance the well-being and life-skills of children and young people, with particular focus on those from marginalised and minoritised communities, those at risk of exclusion.
2. To advance education about neurodiversity among professionals working with children and young people, to promote personal safety and protect mental health.
3. To relieve those in need by reason of youth, ill-health, disability or financial hardship, by providing mentoring, therapeutic and wrap-around support.
4. To relieve financial hardship among families of children and young people who are unable to access statutory support.
5. To provide extracurricular programmes and resources to support children and young people living in poverty or financial hardship or other disadvantage.
