The Peace Week
The Peace week is a high powered gang, knife crime and youth violence safeguarding program for year 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 pupils in schools.
This is normally delivered over 2 or 3 days, where form groups would be on a carousel per period, thereby only missing one period for the day. This could be run for 2 or 3 year groups. At the end of the day all classes are brought together for an inspirational celebration assembly.
The program normally runs as seen in the example below:
Monday - Year 8
First period: 8S
Second period: 8R
Third period: 8T
Fourth period: 8S
Fifth period: 8F
Tuesday - Year 9
First period: 9S
Second period: 9R
Third period: 9T
Fourth period: 9S
Fifth period: 9F
Wednesday - Year 7
First period: 7S
Second period: 7R
