My name is André Skepple, Founder & CEO of FullSpektrum Ltd. A digital transformation start-up company who specialises in the holistic innovation and integration of education, health & social care (EHC) services within the public and private sector. Our company works with all service providers to develop an expansive suite of support intelligence solutions, purposefully designed for the streamlined management and personalised interventional support of children and young people with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND), in addition to a growing population of neurodivergent people of all ages and backgrounds who face specific difficulties in their learning & development.
Over the next three years, we shall develop and implement AI-based, data-driven ecosystems of personalised learning & development support, particularly for pupils with SEND, in addition to a plethora of young people in care or within various specialist provision units who require additional support towards their individual learning needs and unfolding cognitive attributes.
Since January 2017, my company and I have benefitted from the training, mentorship, and entrepreneurial support through Mr Nathaniel Peat (Founder & CEO, The Safety Box CIC) and his company’s ‘Idea into Reality’ mentorship programme. Key elements of our business development, solution ideation and recruitment of personnel were sculpted and continuously developed since Nathaniel began providing his impactful mentorship and access to his esteemed network of professionals and influencers to help grow and develop my company.
These programmes have since evolved into the ‘Mentoring Excellence Accelerator’ programme, with a focus on capacity building and business development from start-up to scale-up. This evolution has become very timely as now FullSpektrum have since raised over £200,000 in pre-seed investment, secured a £350,000 government grant from Innovate UK and is now moving forward to raise £1.5m in seed investment to financially support the next stages of the company’s growth and expansion of our technical and commercial operations. We have also recently become participants in the Barclays Black Founder’s Accelerator programme 2.0 in association with Foundervine, again in accordance with Nathaniel’s mentoring framework since 2017.
Thanks to Nathaniel’s personalised intervention, along with his mentorship programmes, he has quite literally helped turn my idea into reality, to the point whereby we are now proceeding with several large-scale digital transformation projects with Essex County Council and Dorset Council that are worth a combined £1.8m over 5 years. We have also successfully launched the company at a specialist trade show and have begun circulating a powerful video-based marketing strategy, all within the mentoring frameworks provided by Nathaniel during the aforementioned programmes.
